Album Designs

Album designs! I've been working on an album design for another photographer - Lori. I've also worked on an album design for one of my brides that got married in Cozumel. I love to make albums! If you're interested in an album, let me know! I also design for other photographers. If you have your photos and want me to design your album - I just need the permission of your photographer to make it for you!

New pics of myself - working....

I have a few new photos of myself working. Photos are done by Sam Pervis of Siloam Springs. He took a nice "bio" photo that I will use on my bio page once my new website is launched. I'm so excited about my new website. It's going to be so magnificently girly - I can't wait! I love everything girly!! My 32nd year on this earth!

Oh my Doug is a sweet sweet man! I was ill last week and had to cancel my birthday party and I was bummed out. I told Doug that all I really wanted was cake and to hang out with friends. Well.....he called all of my friends and family and invited them to the karate place, where I teach belly dance, and they all came to surprise me for my birthday! He had a cake with a belly dancer on it, chips and drinks. I was so surprised. He is so thoughtful! I had a good time hanging out with my friends and chit chatting.

Wedding Edits

One of my bride's decided on which photos she wanted me to work on for her album. As I've been going through them all....I decided to post a few of the photos from her wedding that I remembered liking when I took them! The wedding was at St. Catherine's Bell Gable Chapel in Fayetteville. The reception was Teatro Scarpino's off of Dickson Street.

Congrats to Melissa & Mario!

I photographed a neat wedding yesterday - St. Patrick's Day! Melissa and Mario exchanged wedding vows and will have a PARTY on the Cinco de Mayo! I can't wait to go to that party! Mario had the the coolest suit on ever and the above photo is a detail of what he was wearing. I will post more photos this week.

China!

Did someone say China? So there's this possibilitiy that I may be going to China to belly dance. My friend is negotiating the trip but it will be an all expense paid trip. I will be going with another dancer. I just gave my friend my DVD reel. I know he has been in communication with the guy in China and they are VERY interested. This would mean going blonde. They want a blonde American.....

Took some new stuff yesterday! I have a lot more photos to post....lots of models, looks & poses! Oh - I love to do body paint and those snowflakes were fun to paint on!

Teaching belly dance at hulapalooza at the UofA

I taught 2 mini belly dance lessons at the University last night during Friday Night Live. It was a lot of fun and I had a great time. There was lots of laughter and a large crowd watching. I had a good time speaking to a lot of students and met a lot of nice people.

The COOLEST step dad EVER!

I thank God every day for bringing Doug into our lives. He brings us so much joy and is constantly making us laugh. Last weekend Amelia had her little friend from school stay the night and the girls BEGGED Doug to sit down and let them put make-up on him. He said that he would do it but only if he could turn around and do their make-up! So it was a deal! How funny! At one point I was laughing so hard I fell off of the little step stool I was standing on and busted my leg....I still have a bruise! Doug is such a good sport and funny as all get out. I don't know too many guys that would of sat through the torture of blue eyeshadow, glitter, pink hearts, and a tiara. Doug sure does keep us laughing...who needs a gym to work out when you're always laughing? :-)
